As you know, Jeff was less than enthusiastic about re-painting the new nursery. In an attempt to "restore his lifeforce" as he busily taped off the nursery for painting, he was jamming to a CD by "The Darkness". For the vast majority of you who have never heard of this group, it's a crazy British rock band that has a very tongue in cheek take on late 70's and 80's heavy metal. Even Jeff will admit they are absolutely terrible. They sound like a cross between "Queen", "Def Lepard" and the Muppets on illegal drugs, but somehow this jumpsuit clad trainwreck manages to be highly entertaining.
Norah decided that her daddy needed her "help" and was following him (or the tape depending on how you look at it) around the room, dancing to the beat. The two of them looked so darn cute together that I just couldn't resist filming a small portion of it. Fortunately I was able to get a video that not only included both of them dancing (yes Jeff is sober) as well as Norah showing off her "jazz hands".
