Today was the rehearsal for Jenni and Garrett's wedding. I kept the kids at the hotel all morning and afternoon so that I could ensure that they would have plenty of time for a nap. So of course they didn't nap, and because they didn't sleep they were too tired. To keep themselves awake, they then started running around like crazy, refusing to listen to me.
I was very stressed out by the time we arrived at the venue, but for the most part both kids were well behaved. They refused to walk down the aisle without help, so between the coordinator, grandma, and myself we came up with a plan
that would hopefully work. That and a lot of bribes.
Dinner was great as we enjoyed the company of our family, but I was very relieved when it came time to head back to the hotel and fall into bed.
