Time at the Museum

Justin exploring the jungle and looking for tigers.

Norah, the self-declared princess, exploring the jungle and looking for stickers.

Norah trying to fix the tree.

Norah still trying to fix the tree, Justin trying to attack it.

The kids trying to show us the mammoth.

Today we took advantage of a free Saturday and took the kids to the Children's Museum. We broke from our normal routine and wandered around outside, and through different exhibits. The small dinosaur exhibit was extremely popular, but mostly because of the giant sea turtle skeleton.

The favorite part of the day, however, appeared to be the time we spent under the crape myrtles. Norah explained to us that it was the jungle, to which Justin readily agreed. I was informed that they were looking for both tigers and stickers. While we found neither, both Jeff and I agree that it was a successful afternoon!
