Justin has never shown much interest in his toys, often preferring Norah's strollers and shopping carts (the boy likes wheels). That may have changed this week as Justin received his own stocked toolbox from Great Grandma and Grandpa. Justin and his tools are now practically inseparable. He carries them around the house constantly, trying to fix or disassemble everything he encounters. He screams bloody murder when we try to coax them from his hands at bath time, bedtime, or before car trips.
Justin set about trying to open the travel trunk in the front room whose contents have eluded him since he started crawling. He sat down in front of it and patiently tried each and every tool to see if it would do the trick. When they failed, he tried sitting in a different position as he retried each tool again. He's nothing if not persistent.
