While my family is in town, they are staying at a hotel close by that has an indoor swimming pool. Despite the fact that it was down in the 30's that night, we decided to take the babies swimming after dinner. They had both been cooped up all day and needed the activity. Justin had never been swimming before and seemed to enjoy floating around in someone's arms. He was fascinated by the little waterfalls at the corners of the pool, and even tried to grab the water. Mostly he was just content to be held as he chewed on his fists. Norah thoroughly enjoyed her time in the water, playing with both her daddy and her Uncle Patrick. She played on the steps, splashed water all over the place, and loved being thrown up in the air and then caught in the water. Both babies were completely worn out by the time we were done, so we took them upstairs, gave them their baths, then took them home and put them to bed! They slept very soundly that night!
