18 Months

Norah is now 18 months old and is more active than ever.

In addition to:
Yep
Bye
Welcome
Thank you

She says:
See you later
Seriously
Welcome
Bless You
Say Cheese

She has managed to figure out how to climb up on the chair, scale it's back and turn on and off the light switch. And does so. Often. *sigh*

She recognizes us in photographs and will eagerly point out "mommy" and "daddy" when asked to.

She will say "welcome" when I thank her for doing something.

I can ask her to go and do something and she will do it. As long as she really wants to.

She will get her socks and shoes when she is ready to go somewhere, and will bring you yours as well if you aren't wearing any.

She sings the ABC's, although it took us a while to figure out what it was exactly that she was singing. She would go around the house singing the same tune over and over again. It started off with "E, I, E, I" but didn't sound much like Old McDonald. Finally one day I was singing the ABC's with her and she started to sing along. Ahah!

While at the doctor's office for her checkup she weighed in at 25 lbs, 11 oz and is now 34 inches in height!
