This weekend was Norah's last choral performance until next Fall. Since this is something she loves and enjoys so much, we invited everyone up for the weekend to hang out and then watch her sing on Sunday. We were very excited when Granny announced that she and Ryder would be joining us for the weekend. The kids were ecstatic and pestered me the entire day, asking when Granny and Ryder were going to arrive.
The excitement was contagious apparently because all of Norah's babies were eager for Granny's arrival too. I was informed when I saw the mass of animals and babies lined up at the window that they wanted to watch for Granny too! How could I say "no" to such excitement? How could I resist taking a picture?
Granny and Ryder arrived to the delight of all, and both Granny and Ryder were impressed by the welcoming committee. I later found Norah sound asleep on the floor, along with a few of her babies and animals. I guess they all wore themselves out watching and waiting.
