During a previous visit they were witness to the kids very vocal and very emphatic desire NOT to watch sports. Having decided that their grandkids should not have to be subjected to such torture, for Christmas Granny and Gramps got the kids a t.v. of their very own. We were uncertain as to where to put it at first, but quickly found a spot that seems to work perfectly. The kids are within earshot, but can curl up with blankets and pillows to watch something that doesn't involve points, referees and inane commentary.
