Look At Me, I'm A Winner

My brother Russell introduced Jeff to the music group AQUABATS, which is an upbeat, tongue in cheek, California nerd rock band that has assumed superhero identities. Jeff says they sound like the progeny of Devo or Oingo Boingo and Gwen Stefani, whatever that means. Their song "Look at Me, I'm a Winner" has become Jeff's theme song lately. When he was busy dealing with multiple work deadlines, a crater in the front yard, and a nursery that had to be re-painted, he would play this cd over and over again as it never fails to put him in a good mood.

He has the front yard well on its way to being completed and the nursery only needs a few more touch ups. We will post pictures of both works in progress later for your viewing entertainment upon completion.

The fact that we are going out to the timeshare for our anniversary and he has rented a canoe for the weekend only adds to his good mood! I'm not sure where the grumpy man that I married is, but as long as his replacement doesn't start wearing blue spandex and swim goggles, he can stay! Now if only I could get the song out of my head!
