11 Months

Justin had a good month, but a tough month. He was uncharacteristically grumpy for a few days before we realized his gums were really swollen from teething. Eventually we discovered that the poor little guy was cutting 2 upper teeth and 2 lower teeth simultaneously. There's only so much that Tylenol and Orajel can do, but he fought through it and has 4 new sharp little teeth to show for it.

As you would expect, Justin's mobility improves daily, but he still crawls like an alligator and always props up his left leg as he crawls. Jeff thinks this is so he's in better position to pull his body upright and raise up his arms to Mommy and Daddy and get a free ride.

Justin copies many things Norah does, which means he's learning very quickly. Now that he can get around very well and is pulling himself up regularly, he's now trying to overthrow Norah's authority by pulling himself up on her pink chair and trying to overtake her throne. Big Sis is less than pleased about this, but it's entertaining to watch.
