Night on the Town

Tonight was a major treat for both Jeff and me.  Earlier in the year we purchased tickets to go and see The Dan Band at the House of Blues out in Dallas.  The all male member band that specialized in giving an "interesting twist" to songs traditionally sung by women has been a favorite of ours for years now, so when the opportunity to see them came, we jumped on it.  It was extra special because my brothers Phillip and Russell joined us for the evening.  We enjoyed dinner at a restaurant then headed out to the venue.  We had a great time visiting and then spent the next few hours enjoying the show.  This is not something we get to do very often (and it was my first time at House of Blues) so it made the night even more fun.  Thanks to my brothers for joining us and to my brother Matthew for babysitting for us!  We had a blast.
