My project for the week was to free our house from the tangled claws of chaos. I just couldn't stand the sight of my house anymore and decided to do something about it. Lately we just haven't had time to organize things in a logical manner, always planning on doing it "later". Well later came. I sorted toys and clothes, rearranged furniture and more toys and much to my amazement, functional spaces in the house started to reappear.As I was working the babies noticed toys that they hadn't played with in a while. They had received the toy in the pictures above at Christmas but due to its location in the house, never really played with it. Now it was out in the open at a level they could both reach, and suddenly my crying babies quieted down. I peeked around the corner to find them playing together....TOGETHER, very nicely. Happy as little clams. I quickly took a few pictures to capture this amazing moment before it could end. As it turns out I needn't have hurried. They sat and played like this for a whole 30 minutes.
It was an awesome day.
