Justin is 2 Months!

Justin's 2 month doctor visit involved getting 4 immunizations. Poor baby doesn't like shots, but did great! He only cried for a couple of minutes, then snuggled up in my arms and fell sound asleep.

Justin loves playing on his mat, and will bat at the little toys hanging above his head constantly. He also enjoys stretching out, kicking and swinging his arms all over the place!

Happy Baby! He looked too darn cute in his alligator jammies, and he was full of smiles, so of course I couldn't resist getting a couple of pictures.

He's gotten so big, we can hardly believe it! Just as he turned 2 months, he suddenly filled out.

My sleeping baby! Because his sister loves to play with him, it's hard for him to nap uninterrupted. So when I saw him curled up sound asleep, I had to snap a quick picture. Not two minutes after this was taken, Norah came running into the room, slammed open the door and said "hi!". Of course he woke up, and that was the end of nap time.

Justin impressed the doctor during his 2 month appointment with not only his growth but his development as well. He now weighs in at 13 lbs 3.5 oz, and is 24 inches long. He is right on track in terms of weight (70%) and height (90%) and they were very pleased to see his progress.

When placed on his tummy for her, he immediately began pushing up and trying to roll over (he rolling from his tummy to his back at two weeks old), holding his head very steady and up for long periods of time. She told us that what she was seeing from him is what she expects to see from a 4 month old. Yay Justin!
