She has been musical since before her birth, when she seemed to kick and squirm much more during some kinds of music, as if she was really enjoying herself. Her musical tendency has been furthered by watching "Backyardigans", a show during which they often sing the plot. This has inspired her to make the mundane into music, so she quietly sings out her every activity. Of course she does the same thing when she goes to bed, except then she sings very loudly to keep herself from falling asleep. This is the first year she has been in the church choir, and she obviously loves it because she sings the songs all over the house!
Norah has also become quite a problem solver. She loves to put together little jigsaw puzzles, and can often assemble 2 or 3 of them in a matter of minutes, break them down, and do them again. She recognizes patterns very well and is completely unflustered when Justin mixes the pieces of 3 different puzzles into one pile. She won't re-organize them and start one at a time, she will simply do all 3 puzzles simultaneously without missing a beat.
She has also become a prolific artist, continually scribbling on doodle boards, coloring with crayons, or arranging common items in a creative way. She shows a real talent for color and pattern coordination in her art work, and with her clothing choices.
She tends to be slightly reserved, but she still loves to rough-house with Justin from time to time while belting out a crazy muppet-like laugh to make everyone follow suit.
