This year for Mother's Day I had to work, so after church, Jeff and the kids dropped me off then left to go do their own thing. Apparently the planning for my Mother's Day dinner was exhausting because both babies spent the majority of the day napping. Jeff put the quiet time to good use, getting dinner prepped and the house picked up.When I clocked out they were ready and waiting for me! We headed home where the kids proudly showed off the flowers (pink roses - of course) they had picked for me. After admiring the beautiful flowers and reading the hand made cards, we sat down to a delicious dinner of gyros. After dinner Norah, Justin and Jeff brought out the cake they had made for me! It was beautiful, chocolate and the perfect way to end a great Mother's Day celebration.
