No girl should have a Level 9 Comb over with 3rd degree static cling. It's kind of a rule. Still cute.
Unfortunately, Norah's lustrous locks have thinned out since birth and she now only really has hair along the middle of her head. We are going to wait a bit longer, and then shave it down to all one length.
