Wedding

The day of the wedding arrived bright and sunny.  Jeff and I got the kids up, enjoyed a leisurely breakfast, then decided to go exploring for a bit.  Our hotel was right across the street from a mall that we frequented the year we lived in California when I was younger, so we decided to walk over and wander around.  The kids had fun stretching their legs as we walked up and down stairs, lots of them, and watched people as they ice skated.

After lunch, we all got cleaned up and ready for the wedding.  The kids were adorable in their suit and dress!  With Grandma and Papa, Aunt Lyssa, and Uncle Matthew, we headed over to the church, where we met the rest of the family.  Everyone looked great, the church was beautiful, and the ceremony was lovely!  Once pictures were taken, we all headed over to the reception site, where the party quickly got underway.

The reception was so much fun, filled with delicious food, lots of dancing, and lots of other kids for Norah and Justin to run around with.  Norah was too shy to say anything to her, but followed Traci (the bride) around most of the evening, convinced she was a princess (yes she looked that beautiful).   We partied until the kids were crying they were so tired, at which point, we said our goodbyes, then headed back to the hotel, where we all promptly crashed!

Congratulations Brett and Traci!  We are so happy for you and hope your years together are filled with love and joy!
