Justin has turned 7 months old! He is now rolling all over the room trying to keep up with his sister. I will lay him down in one spot, and the next thing I know he is in a whole other part of the room! He has also gotten really good at sitting up on his own, although we are still careful not to leave him unattended while doing so as he still falls over if he tries to reach for something that's too far away. He is also pushing up on his arms really high, and will turn while doing so, which makes us think that he may not be too far away from pushing up into a seated position. Unfortunately he has not gotten a break from teething and has been miserable trying to cut more teeth. Three teeth in two weeks is a lot to ask from anyone.

The toughest part to turning 7 months, for all of us, has been the separation anxiety. He gets very, and I mean very, upset when we leave the room. I know this is just a stage, and remember Norah going through it at about the same age, but it can still be hard sometimes. I feel so guilty about not holding him, but as soon as I'm able I go and get him and we cuddle. We also spend time reading books, or playing on the floor (with me just sitting right next to him). All is forgiven at that point, until the next time that is.....!

The BEST part about turning 7 months has been all the hugs and kisses we have been getting. When I pick him up he will wrap his little arms around my neck and hold onto me as tightly as he can. Then he will start to give me kisses all over my face! It's the sweetest thing EVER!
