First Christmas Presents

Norah was intrigued by all the presents under the tree, but really zeroed in on a big red one that just so happened to be for her. She kept trying to get to it, and when put near it, vigorously gnawed on the edges until the wrapping paper became pretty soggy. Somebody could make a fortune by developing kid-friendly, edible wrapping paper.

To put the poor thing out of it's misery (the present not Norah) we let her open it a day early. To her delight it turned out to be a piano that's just her size, and one that she has enjoyed playing. Now she will be able to be a part of the band her daddy, uncles and aunt have started, instead of being just a groupie! Mom and Dad armed the gang with the game Rock Band instead of Nerf guns, and since it was put together the music hasn't stopped.

Norah received many great gifts, but so far, she is the most interested in the tree itself, the wrapping paper and the boxes. Despite this we will gladly accept donations of Double A batteries at anytime over the next 10 years! It is almost impossible to move in her room without setting off some sort of battery operated toy.
