Doubly Thankful

Throughout the years, we have always been very thankful to God and considered ourselves blessed. After so many fertility issues, we were particularly overcome by the gift of Norah.

Sometimes you wait patiently for blessings, hoping that they will indeed come, other times a blessing can be bestowed suddenly and with seemingly no preceding trials.

I didn't feel well for a few weeks back in October, so on a whim, I took a pregnancy test on the 24th of October. Much to our delight, it turned out positive! Now on November 13th we have been to the doctor's office again and have found that we have indeed been blessed again. Our second child is developing right on track, as evidenced by the sonogram, and we are anxiously awaiting him or her sometime on or around June 30, 2008!

Norah is going to be a big sister!
